Community Implementation Services
- In order to get your online community up and running, we offer a range of implementation services, outlined below. For all services we offer advanced (40 resource hours) and streamlined (20 resource hours) options.
1. Community Configuration Strategy
This package includes a comprehensive review of Small World Labs’ Online Community Implementation Survey (OCIS) as well as recommended modifications to the OCIS based on this review. The survey helps us understand your specific community needs, and provides us with information that we use to make our configuration recommendations.
In order to familiarize you with our community platform, we provide training sessions after completing the successful set-up of your community. Guiding you through the administration panel and its functions, we prepare you to take over management of the community.
3. Community Visual Design
This service includes the creation of original graphic designs with the goal of developing a consistent aesthetic across all of your community's webpages.
4. Application of Design to Platform Via CSS
We will apply and modify your community's design via CSS (Cascading Style Sheets), whether the design was created by Small World Labs, your organization, or an independent third party.
