Community Vibrancy
Work closely with client to develop and execute programs that increase user activities and interactions.
- Developing, managing and monitoring engagement campaigns and activities that foster interactivity.
- Highlighting appropriate user-generated content and integrating it with existing content to promote the ideal behavior in line with community guidelines.
- Creating and updating user announcement pages.
- Assisting clients with the creation and enhancement of content areas, including help and FAQ pages.
- Incorporating client content into relevant community areas and creating targeted pages using search engine optimization (SEO) best practices.
- Identifying community content and activities that can be used across the organization (marketing, member management, HR and PR).
- Monitoring site activities and consulting with clients on continuous improvements.
Social Marketing
Execute programs to improve the profile of the community, company or brand by using social media channels.
- Evaluating available social media channels and identifying approaches to improve online awareness (Twitter, Facebook, YouTube, LinkedIn).
- Deploying, managing and reporting on all social marketing results.
