Bill Johnston over at Forum One just release the results of their Online Community ROI report which includes a chart of the top community activities. I've posted a copy of it here and I think it shows some interesting activity. This data was compiled based on the responses from the corporate & non-profit organizations polled by Forum One.

New Bookmarking Feature


As part of our on-going work to improve the user interface for the Small World Labs platform we've recently added a new platform-wide bookmarking feature. This allows any user on the platform to bookmark (favorite, library, etc.) any profile or content type as well as manage those link via the user dashboard.
